Pick a Squad

Terms of use

Practical conditions for using the generator

Use the service as a lightweight aid for forming groups, with responsibility for the roster, rules, and real-world decision remaining with you.

Use of the service

You may use the generator for lawful classroom, sport, workplace, workshop, game, and event activities. Do not use it to harm people, bypass obligations, or process information you are not entitled to handle.

You remain responsible for obtaining any permission needed to enter names and for choosing a method appropriate to minors, employees, players, or other participants in your context.

Meaning of a result

A random draw shuffles and allocates names; an even-size rule controls headcount; explicit constraints restrict assignment. None of these guarantees equal skill, safety, compatibility, opportunity, or outcome.

Review every result before using it. Adjustments may be necessary for access needs, supervision, safeguarding, conflicts, or information the tool does not know.

Availability and changes

The service is provided as a practical tool without a promise of uninterrupted availability or error-free output. Browser limits, imports, clipboard permissions, printing, and downloads can vary by device.

The interface, algorithm, limits, and supported formats may change. The engine version is shown so reproducible draws can be tied to the implementation that created them.

No professional or legal determination

The generator does not provide legal, educational, employment, medical, safeguarding, or professional advice. It should not be the sole basis for a high-impact decision about a person.

These terms describe the intended product boundary and are not a certification of compliance or a substitute for advice tailored to the relevant jurisdiction and institution.
